From the Publisher:
Simple coin (Koin) stacking, area control game. Players alternate playing Koinz onto 1-4 Surfaces with the goal of capturing each Surface by accumulating the most points on that Surface. The first player to capture five Surfaces wins. Each round takes about five minutes. Players get to choose how many Koinz and surfaces are used in each round and strategy will change based on these choices.

Review:

This game packs an astounding level of strategic placement, dexterity, and field management for anywhere from 2-4 players.

Our playtesters were blown away.  It is both simple and amazingly difficult.

You take turns defining the resources that everyone will have then take turns placing increasingly smaller numbered pieces on the boards.  Whoever can fit most of their numbers on a board scores a point and 5 points total are needed to win the game.  You can work hard to get just one board, strategically tie the control so no-one gets points or just make really weird playfields that don’t allow more pieces to be played.  You can only play if your piece fits fully on the board without going off an edge or moving another piece, and smaller point pieces can cover larger ones.

We played several times and it did not get stale.  We had all age ranges from all adults to groups including young kids and everyone could play and have a good time.

All this comes in a box that is about 3 inches cubed.  I love this game and hope we can stock it.  It is short enough to be a filler and amazing enough to be a full main attraction at game night.

10/10 in both categories you should try this game!
