It’s been four long years. The Elm Street kids have successfully rescued Ethan from the clutches of the sinister Billygoat and emerged from the Duskworld through the hollowed trunk. Filled with joy and pride, they set out through the woods to return to their homes in Little Hope. After half a mile, just as they reach the town’s gates, the group passes by the entrance to Little Hope Amusement Park.
At this precise moment, something incredible happens: Ethan separates from the group, effortlessly flinging open the Luna Park gate. Standing before them, disheveled and perspiring, he vaguely gestures toward the park with a sweeping motion of his arm, his face bearing an enigmatic smile…
Then, suddenly, their friend crumbles before their eyes, dissipating like dust in the wind. High above, in a place that isn’t real but an emanation of pure malevolence, the apparition of Billygoat takes shape.
