Nocturn is a strategy board game that combines survival with kingdom building. It takes place in the underworld where players take control over one of the nations struggling to survive in the dead realm. Players establish Houses and grant them lands, obtaining Lords, armies and money for their wars and intrigues. Through these Houses they build mighty cities and strongholds within their borders. Players goals are simple: expand borders, subjugate Your foes and become the dominant power on the continent. The fifth player on the other hand will lead different force. Death, the original sovereign of the realm. In an attempt to recapture his lands, now lost to the living, he will pose as a major threat to all the other players.
