Espellingo is a fun and educational spelling board game, suitable for kids from as young as 9 and adults of all ages.  Perfect for families to play together after dinner and great for kids and their friends to play on their own. After each game you’ll feel like you’ve improved your spelling!

Each game can have 2-6 players, and takes between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours to complete depending on the number of participants, the luck of the dice and, of course, your spelling powers!

How it works

The aim of the game is to move across the board, by throwing the dice, travelling from start to finish across a path of connected hexagons.

The question master picks a card from the pack of spelling cards and asks you to spell a word corresponding with the difficulty level of your hexagon.

If you spell it correctly, you get to roll the dice again and move closer to the finish point.

If you get it wrong, you stay where you are and the next person rolls the dice. Watch out for the 'Spellbomb' hexagons on the way, each with a unique challenge to keep you on your toes!

The first person to reach the finish point wins!
